Y eso fue lo que hizo MOTIVAR durante este a\u00f1o, transformando su 16\u00b0 Aniversario en lo que fue la Cumbre de la Industria Veterinaria Argentina \u201cCIVA MOTIVAR 2018\u201d, de la cual participaron m\u00e1s de 320 personas, en representaci\u00f3n de unas 120 empresas y\/o instituciones vinculadas al sector de la Sanidad y Productividad Animal en Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay y Paraguay.<br \/>\nCumplido este primer objetivo de reunir a los principales decisores del negocio local, a las m\u00e1ximas autoridades que los regulan y a sus proveedores, quedaba a\u00fan uno de los principales desaf\u00edos por afrontar: el rotundo cambio de escenario y formato.<br \/>\nEs que luego de 15 a\u00f1os realizando este tradicional encuentro para la industria, MOTIVAR decidi\u00f3 trasladar la iniciativa a la sala 11 de un cine Showcase Norte (Vicente L\u00f3pez, Buenos Aires) que abri\u00f3 sus puertas en un horario at\u00edpico para una proyecci\u00f3n inusual. Fue el 25 de octubre, a las 7:30 horas, cuando las 350 butacas casi se colmaron en minutos para presenciar \u201cUna industria de pel\u00edcula\u201d, en lo que fue la Cumbre de la Industria Veterinaria \u201cCIVA MOTIVAR 2018\u201d (Ver nota adjunta).<br \/>\nInteresante fue presenciar el debate entre los asistentes de distintas partes del pa\u00eds sobre el cambio de formato.<br \/>\n\u201cPrefer\u00edamos las mesas redondas tradicionales para poder conversar con los otros asistentes\u201d o \u201cEstuvo muy bueno porque pude concentrarme en los temas que realmente quer\u00eda escuchar\u201d. As\u00ed de variado fue el repertorio de opiniones sobre un evento colmado de buena energ\u00eda que sin dudas no pasar\u00e1 desapercibido en la agenda 2018. Y si adem\u00e1s se pretende -en ese marco- aportar conceptos innovadores, al cocktail ser\u00e1 indispensable sumarle una cuota parte de creatividad.<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text font_size=&#8221;15&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1600649195334{margin-top: -50px !important;margin-bottom: 38px !important;}&#8221;]A su vez y en la b\u00fasqueda de comenzar a identificar el perfil de los clientes del futuro para los servicios y productos veterinarios, Luciano Aba y Facundo Sonatti entrevistaron en nombre de MOTIVAR a Roberto Guercetti, CEO del Grupo Conecar; y Dami\u00e1n \u201cPipa\u201d Nogar\u00f3, director de Puppis, respectivamente (Ver p\u00e1ginas 18 y 19).<br \/>\nEl cierre de las dos horas y veinte minutos de contenidos que complement\u00f3 a un lapso similar de tiempo destinado a la interacci\u00f3n interpersonal de los asistentes, estuvo reservado para un panel que destac\u00f3 el rol actual y futuro de las exportaciones para los laboratorios veterinarios.<br \/>\nCon la presencia del ministro Fernando Lerena, director Nacional de la actual Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de la Promoci\u00f3n del Comercio e Inversiones; y Jorge Dale, presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Laboratorios Argentinos Medicinales Veterinarios (Clamevet), se compartieron informaciones centrales sobre el tema (Ver p\u00e1ginas 16 y 17).<br \/>\nLos interesados en ver todos los paneles que tuvieron lugar durante CIVA MOTIVAR 2018 pueden ingresar en el Canal www.youtube.com\/pmotivar, donde ya est\u00e1n disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Una cuesti\u00f3n de decisi\u00f3n<br \/>\nLas mujeres tuvieron un lugar destacado a lo largo del evento con un panel moderado por la periodista de Canal 13, Mar\u00eda Laura Santill\u00e1n, en el cual participaron M\u00f3nica Bressi, presidente de la C\u00e1mara Argentina de la Industria de Productos Veterinarios (Caprove) y Micaela Bacher, directora de Endeavor Argentina.<br \/>\nEn 2007, sobre los m\u00e1s de 150 asistentes a lo que fue el 5\u00b0 Aniversario de MOTIVAR, la presencia de mujeres se pod\u00eda contar literalmente con los dedos de una mano. Sin embargo, en los \u00faltimos 11 a\u00f1os la evoluci\u00f3n de \u201cellas\u201den roles de liderazgo dentro de la industria se cristaliz\u00f3 en este \u00faltimo encuentro, donde sobre m\u00e1s de 350 inscriptos, m\u00e1s de 100 fueron mujeres.<br \/>\nEn en ese sentido, el panel \u201cLas mujeres en la empresa actual\u201d busc\u00f3 poner sobre la mesa los obst\u00e1culos que deben sortear, cu\u00e1les han quedado atr\u00e1s y qu\u00e9 aportan a la industria.<br \/>\nM\u00f3nica Bressi, directora comercial de Biog\u00e9nesis Bag\u00f3, sostuvo que, antes que nada, todo se trata de tomar decisiones. \u201cSi tengo que hablar de obst\u00e1culos a lo largo de mi carrera lo voy a dividir en dos partes: por un lado, lo profesional, porque no soy veterinaria y me costaba el doble cuando sal\u00eda a la calle a venderle a los veterinarios. Al no saber de farmacolog\u00eda y fisiolog\u00eda, interpretar el comportamiento del producto en el animal me costaba mucho y tuve que esforzarme mucho\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<br \/>\nY complet\u00f3: \u201cLas cuestiones internas y personales al ser mam\u00e1, te decid\u00eds entre si dedicas tu tiempo plenamente a lo profesional o buscas otra opci\u00f3n laboral para dedicarse m\u00e1s a la familia. Es un tema de decisi\u00f3n para todas las mujeres que somos madres. En mi caso, vali\u00f3 la pena, me encanta, pero no es una tarea f\u00e1cil\u201d.<br \/>\nPara Micaela Bacher, en los 20 a\u00f1os que Endeavor lleva en el pa\u00eds es mucho mayor la presencia de mujeres al frente de los negocios a partir de las nuevas generaciones de emprendedores.<br \/>\n\u201cSi bien nos gustar\u00eda que sean m\u00e1s, es cierto que, muchas empresas fundadas por hombres tienen en sus l\u00edneas directivas a mujeres. Y ya no est\u00e1n en \u00e1reas tradicionalmente femeninas como recursos humanos o comunicaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n en posiciones m\u00e1s duras, como puede ser finanzas\u201d, destac\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u201cSeguramente han o\u00eddo hablar del famoso techo de cristal, donde las mujeres han llegado a un techo y ya no lo pueden atravesar. Los hombres interact\u00faan entre ellos desde hace siglos en posiciones de liderazgo\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Mar\u00eda Laura Santill\u00e1n, a lo que Bressi afirm\u00f3: \u201cEl pensamiento de la mujer y el liderazgo es distinto al del hombre. La mujer est\u00e1 enfocada a la persona, la cercan\u00eda y la contenci\u00f3n. Es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil para la mujer generar equipos de trabajo porque siempre sale esa mam\u00e1 y se sienten m\u00e1s contenidos. En t\u00e9rminos generales, la mujer tiene la capacidad de pensar y decidir en varios temas al mismo tiempo\u201d.<br \/>\nPara Bacher, lo que ven en Endeavor es que la nueva generaci\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s arriesgada, emprende m\u00e1s, y la presencia de mujeres es cada vez m\u00e1s com\u00fan. Sin embargo, de las 1.700 empresas con las cuales trabaja Endeavor, en los ramos de salud y agro, solo el 13% de los emprendimientos son fundados por mujeres a diferencia de otros rubros, como retail o consumo masivo que asciende al 25%. \u201cEn conclusi\u00f3n todo pasa por la decisi\u00f3n. And that was what MOTIVAR did during this year, transforming its 16th Anniversary into what was the Argentine Veterinary Industry Summit &#8220;CIVA MOTIVAR 2018&#8221;, in which more than 320 people participated, representing some 120 companies and \/ or institutions linked to the Animal Health and Productivity sector in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay.<\/p>\n<p>Having fulfilled this first objective of bringing together the main decision-makers of the local business, the highest authorities that regulate them and their suppliers, there was still one of the main challenges to be faced: the resounding change of scenario and format.<\/p>\n<p>Is that after 15 years holding this traditional meeting for the industry, MOTIVAR decided to move the initiative to room 11 of a North Showcase cinema (Vicente L\u00f3pez, Buenos Aires) that opened its doors at an atypical schedule for an unusual screening. It was on October 25, at 7:30 am, when the 350 seats were almost filled in minutes to witness &#8220;A film industry&#8221;, in what was the Veterinary Industry Summit &#8220;CIVA MOTIVAR 2018&#8243; (See attached note ).<\/p>\n<p>It was interesting to witness the debate among attendees from different parts of the country about the change in format.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe preferred the traditional round tables to be able to converse with the other attendees\u201d or \u201cIt was very good because I was able to concentrate on the topics that I really wanted to hear\u201d. That&#8217;s how varied was the repertoire of opinions about an event full of good energy that will undoubtedly not go unnoticed in the 2018 agenda. However, in the last 11 years the evolution of &#8220;them&#8221; in leadership roles within the industry crystallized in this last meeting, where out of more than 350 registered, more than 100 were women.<\/p>\n<p>In this sense, the panel &#8220;Women in the current company&#8221; sought to put on the table the obstacles that must be overcome, which ones have been left behind and what they contribute to the industry.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f3nica Bressi, commercial director of Biogenesis Bag\u00f3, said that, first of all, everything is about making decisions. \u201cIf I have to talk about obstacles throughout my career, I will divide it into two parts: on the one hand, the professional, because I am not a veterinarian and it cost me twice as much when I went out to sell to veterinarians. Not knowing about pharmacology and physiology, interpreting the behavior of the product in the animal was very difficult for me and I had to make a lot of effort, &#8220;he said.<\/p>\n<p>And he completed: &#8220;Internal and personal issues when you are a mother, you decide between whether you dedicate your time fully to professional life or are looking for another job option to dedicate yourself more to your family. It is a matter of decision for all women who are mothers. In my case, it was worth it, I love it, but it is not an easy task \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For Micaela Bacher, in the 20 years that Endeavor has been in the country, the presence of women at the forefront of businesses from the new generations of entrepreneurs is much greater.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlthough we would like them to be more, it is true that many companies founded by men have women in their directives. And they are no longer in traditionally feminine areas such as human resources or communication, but also in tougher positions, such as finance, &#8220;he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou have surely heard of the famous glass ceiling, where women have reached a ceiling and can no longer pass through it. Men have interacted with each other for centuries in leadership positions \u201d, highlighted Mar\u00eda Laura Santill\u00e1n, to which Bressi affirmed:\u201c The thinking of women and leadership is different from that of men. The woman is focused on the person, the closeness and the containment. It is easier for women to create work teams because that mother always comes out and they feel more content. In general terms, women have the ability to think and decide on several issues at the same time \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For Bacher, what they see in Endeavor is that the new generation is much riskier, undertakes more, and the presence of women is increasingly common. However, of the 1,700 companies with which Endeavor works, in the health and agriculture sectors, only 13% of the businesses are founded by women, unlike other sectors, such as retail or mass consumption, which amounts to 25%. \u201cIn conclusion everything goes through the decision.
